Social Media Networking Provides More Platforms for Growth in Your Company

social media networking

Social media is a balancing act.  Which method?  How often? Directed to who? You want your business to grow, so why not give yourself all the tools you need so you can to succeed. One effective tool is Social Media Networking. By incorporating such social media networking sites as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, just to name a few, it allows more people to see your business in very different lights. Communication and promotion are the two most identifiable methods of getting your name, company, business and ideas for all to see.  The biggest advantage to having social media platforms for your business is they all link back to your website, promoting more interest.

LinkedIn – LinkedIn is a more professional social media site networking individuals through their industries, professions or specific groups.

Facebook – Facebook is a more socially designated social media site providing the ability to connect to  businesses locally as well as customers and chart their likes and dislikes towards a certain product, company or post.  Facebook also gives the company the utilization of coupons,  contests or other promotions raising awareness to their page, and their business.

Twitter – Twitter is a social media site for urgency. Twitter allows the user to say what needs to be said in just a few words, and then ends by a hashtag which links to more information. This is especially of interest when promoting a blog, a sale, a coupon or something that is happening now.

Instagram – A picture is worth a thousand words. Pictures express what sometimes we cannot always put into words. This is Instagram.  A picture is posted, a short blurb follows, and that is all that is needed.  Your following can now show interest by “favoriting” or reposting.

You Tube – Videos, tutorials and demonstrations are what You Tube offers. When a company want to show how to operate machinery, use a product, or demonstrate how to fix something, a video is uploaded.  One up, the video can then be linked back to the company’s website.

PinterestAllows users to visually share, and discover new interests by posting images or videos to their own or others’ boards and browsing what other users have “pinned”.

Google+ – Google + is all about the circles.  Circles is a core feature of the Google+ Social Platform. It enables users to organize people into groups or lists (circles) for sharing across various Google services.
